The Role Title: Senior Associate – Plaintiff Employment (Wage & Hour/Class Actions) Reporting: To a senior team member transitioning off the docket; own and run cases with partner support. Docket: CA employment class/collective actions (W&H focus) + a sprinkle of harassment matters. Lead class/collective wage‑and‑hour cases (PAGA/FLSA/misclassification) from investigation through resolution. Draft and argue complex motions (class cert, approvals, etc.); manage discovery and experts. Appear at hearings/mediations; handle (or support) arbitrations. Mentor junior attorneys/paralegals; model strong communication and team leadership. Collaborate with partners on strategy; occasionally travel for key appearances. Salary & Bonus Base salary: up to $250,000 + Bonus Requirements 10+ years employment litigation experience with plaintiff‑side wage‑and‑hour focus (class/collective).
