Phlebotomy PositionAt least 1 year phlebotomy experience requiredKeyboard/data entry experienceOffered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentialsPhlebotomy: 1 year (Required)ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws and collect specimens as requiredExplain specimen collection process to patients clearly and courteouslyMatch laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes for accuracyReview and confirm physician orders and test requisitionsEnsure 100% accuracy when checking specimen labels and requisitionsUpdate patient information in the systemStore specimens according to required conditions and temperaturePackage specimens for transport to the labFollow infection control and safety protocols
