Treasury Intern

POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Treasury Intern for our Summer 2027 internship program! This internship will primarily be responsible for assisting daily treasury transactions and staff including cash management and cash reporting activities. This position will also help manage all administration related to the setup and maintenance of bank users, products, and services. Additional duties include analytics and organization of processes or scenarios related to other finance areas of the organization. U.S. Venture’s Internship Program runs May - August 2027. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assistincompletion or data sourcing related to daily cash management operations such as cash positioning, reporting, and shared service center enquiries Maintain current authorized signers;maintainbank account database and files, and manage online banking portal users and entitlements Recordappropriate generalledger entries forcompany cash transactions Assistwith internal and external audits Researching and reconciling exception items, such as unexpected charges and missing deposits Assistin coordinating efforts with other finance areas, such as accounts payable, tax, and accounting Compile and analyze data to support treasury operational decisions and drive improvements in cash management, develop and document procedures QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar field of study Ability to work independently to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and consistency in delivering high quality work output is critical Problem-solving skills Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (including use of macros and pivot tables) DIVISION Corporate U.S. Venture will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, E-3, F1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, visa status and other employment‑based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
