How You\'ll Make An Impact Be the steady point of contact for an assigned group of small business clients. Manage day-to-day work across routine and moderately complex client accounts. Keep service on track, bring in the right resources for client\'s needs, and look for ways to protect existing business while opening the door to more coverage and services. Help grow trusted relationships with existing clients. About You Required : Bachelor\'s degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred Experience in account management, client service, insurance, or another relationship-led role. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and keep follow-up organized. Ability to explain coverage, service, and next steps in simple, clear words. Behaviors Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.
