Head of AI Product & Client Success

Head of AI Product & Client Satisfaction New York, NY | Full-Time | In Office Travel: Periodic travel to partner and client locations We are seeking a Head of Product & Client Satisfaction to lead product strategy, product management, and client success for an AI-driven financial intelligence platform. This is a highly visible leadership role for a product leader who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, technology, customers, and business strategy . You will own the product roadmap end-to-end while also owning client adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, technology and operations, and directly with senior clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery. Translate client needs and market opportunities into product requirements. Partner with engineering and technology to deliver scalable, production-ready capabilities. Establish clear measures of product quality, readiness, adoption, and success. AI Product Development Lead development of AI-powered insights, recommendations, automation, and intelligent workflows. Help define how LLMs, agentic workflows, data, and automation translate into meaningful client value. Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities for product innovation. Client Success Own client onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Establish client-health metrics and proactive retention strategies. Build strong relationships with senior executives and end users. Lead discovery sessions, product reviews, and executive-level client escalations. Create a continuous feedback loop between clients and product development. Team & Organizational Leadership Build and lead product-management and client-success teams as the company scales. Hire, develop, and mentor high‑performing professionals. Establish processes, accountability, and operating rhythms that enable teams to scale effectively. Collaborate across technology, operations, and leadership to align product and client outcomes. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of software product-management experience with end-to-end roadmap ownership. Proven experience managing and building teams . Track record of shipping software that customers depend on. Experience owning customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, or related measurable outcomes. Strong executive-level client-facing and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and requirements. Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, AI evaluation, data pipelines, and system integration . Experience building and shipping AI-enabled product features (not simply overseeing them). Excellent business judgment and the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities. Preferred Background Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial data, vertical AI, analytics, professional services, or other high-growth technology environments is highly relevant. Experience building product and client-success functions in an early-stage or rapidly scaling company is especially valuable.
