Our Sport Clips store in Waunakee is opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager & Assistant Managers to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and fostera culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. Our managers typically average $21-35 per hour including base pay, tips, and commission. The management team is also eligible for generous bonuses based on store performance.
