As a Receptionist PRN, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors while ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner

• Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records and electronic medical records

• Coordinate patient scheduling and registration processes

• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, waiting room, and adjacent spaces

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• PRN schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
