Integrate is a B2B demand orchestration platform that helps enterprise marketing teams capture, validate, and activate leads across every channel — turning fragmented demand generation into a unified, measurable pipeline. About the Role The Integrate Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for generating new business sales of Integrate’s B2B lead management and data governance Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The Enterprise Sales Director, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, is an articulate, motivated “hunter” who can hit the ground running, identifying and qualifying prospects, building trust through value, and consistently demonstrating an ability to close business. Key Responsibilities Drive new revenue through proactive, high-volume prospecting and outreach Build, manage, and evolve a strategic sales plan to grow business and exceed quota Understand, empathize, and communicate effectively with prospects, specifically demand gen, digital media, and marketing professionals at companies and agencies Communicate Integrate’s value proposition with clarity & relevance, grounded in B2B marketing strategy and industry dynamics Use data-driven insights to optimize deal strategy, focus pipeline efforts, improve forecasting precision, and deliver meaningful reporting for internal stakeholders Deliver compelling product demonstrations (virtual and in-person) to effectively showcase platform capabilities Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure seamless transitions post-sale and high customer satisfaction Partner with Marketing for strategic, GTM initiatives with the common goal of revenue generation. Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance to optimize go-to-market efforts Qualifications Aggressive hunter with entrepreneurial mindset Minimum of 7+ years selling in the Enterprise B2B Marketing and/or SaaS space Skilled in influencing marketing decision makers who are looking for ROI on their investment Leverages articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast pace, rapidly evolving environment Manage and grow a portfolio of business, while aggressively hunting for new business Thrive in performance-based environments, reaping the rewards of exceeding quota #J-18808-Ljbffr
