What you'll do:

• Deliver adaptive and general physical education instruction tailored to individual and group needs
• Design and adjust activities to match students’ abilities, promoting achievement and inclusion
• Build strong motor skills and encourage participation in wellness-focused activities
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education professionals, and related service team members to create a supportive and unified learning environment
• Track student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure that each child’s journey is measured and celebrated

What you'll need:

• Valid Minnesota licensure in Physical Education and/or Adaptive Physical Education
• Experience or interest in working with students from kindergarten through fifth grade
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a flexible, compassionate approach to teaching
