ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Verify and ensure beneficiary meets criteria to enroll per CMS guidelines. Conducting daily enrollment process based on Medicare regulations and guidelines. Responsible for entering and auditing enrollment applications into the member system and ensuring that each beneficiary meets all the criteria required. Examine/verify documents for correctness, adequacy and conformity to establish requirement and follow up on discrepancies. Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to: scanning, filing, and attaching member record files to the system, etc. Responsible for generating ID cards, creating post enrollment kits for mailing, printing, and mailing enrollment letters. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
