Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to enhance clinical service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and maintain competitive positioning within the ABA field. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice among clinical staff. Establish and monitor clinical performance metrics, ensuring exceptional care and client outcomes. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and regulatory bodies. Mentor and develop clinical staff, promoting professional growth and a collaborative working environment. Qualifications: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a VP or equivalent executive-level role within the ABA industry. Proven track record of strategic leadership and operational management. Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements in ABA. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
