Key Responsibilities

• Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines
• Complete site-specific training related to safety and quality
• Receive components for assembly and/or testing in programmed sequence
• Assemble and/or test mechanical or electrical components using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures
• Perform minor variations of in-house standard products as required
• Follow clear assembly/test instructions (e.g., color coding, PVC thermal welding, thread taping)
• Enter work hours in ERP system (SAP) as applicable
• Complete required production documentation accurately
• Drive continuous improvement and conduct daily housekeeping/5S audits
• Read and interpret simple layout and assembly drawings
• Maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe condition
• Support internal and external customer needs and expectations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
