About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Sales and Marketing in the Biomedical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the sales strategy, as well as owning the commercial and selling strategy to achieve business growth objectives. This role requires a leader with a minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial roles within a CDMO organization, with a strong background in the medical device and MedTech industry. The VP will be accountable for the vision, tone, and strategic direction of the marketing organization, and must have a deep knowledge of commercial strategy development, sales and marketing plans, and sales operations. A key aspect of the role is to manage and inspire a large team of commercial and marketing professionals, ensuring the delivery of commercial plans and the provision of superior customer experience in diverse international markets. Candidates for the VP position should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and a proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement projects from a commercial perspective. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the business and inorganic strategy, and to work in collaboration with the global leadership team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using market data and analytics to drive sales and marketing share growth, and will be committed to the values of the company, including a culture that prioritizes safety, well-being, and sustainability.
