Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to foster healing and resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed to protect client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards to support treatment efficacy and legal compliance.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing therapeutic experiences and helping clients build community support.

As an LMFT at Blossom Connections Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Your clients may present with a spectrum of mental health conditions, and you will be instrumental in helping them navigate their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we value the unique perspectives and skills that candidates from diverse backgrounds bring. Previous experience in community health clinics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
