Line Leader

Location: Monroe, NJ

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking experienced and motivated Line Leaders to oversee daily production line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Line Leader is responsible for supporting production associates, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining productivity goals, and promoting a safe and organized workplace.

• Lead and support production line associates during daily operations
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met
• Communicate material shortages, delays, equipment issues, and production concerns to the Supervisor
• Set up production lines before shift start and verify correct materials are available
• Monitor assembly processes to ensure accuracy and defect-free output
• Complete hourly production tracking and Daily Assembly Reports
• Verify labeling, batch codes, and finished goods documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with productivity monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in 8D report preparation and corrective action activities when required
• Train and support team members on production procedures and quality expectations

• Previous experience as a Line Leader, Lead Associate, or in a manufacturing/production leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Basic computer and reporting skills preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting
• Must wear safety shoes at all times on the production floor
