Our client is seeking an Construction Billing Specialist to support the day-to-day management of customer accounts and payment processing. This role is responsible for generating and distributing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on past-due invoices to ensure timely collections. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will investigate billing discrepancies, resolve customer account issues, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with internal teams to support efficient cash flow management. This position plays a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounts receivable processes.
Requirements :
- Must have 5+ years of recent Accounts Receivable and Billing experience
- Construction experience is required
- Must have experience in Sage or similar accounting software
- Accounts Payable experience is a plus
- Light Human Resources experience is a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
