On Site Quality Manager needed in Midlothian, TX

Job Duties:

- Responsible for managing quality systems

- Approves new and existing procedures that affect product and material quality

- Collaborates with Regulatory Affairs

- Oversees MOC, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA programs

- Ensure efficiency and safety in the lab

- Maintain SOP and other documentation on internal document management system

- In charge of running customer audits as requested in a timely manner

- Develops new programs to improve efficiency and work flow

Schedule: Day Shift

Pay: 130,000 - 145,000 USD Yearly depending in experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- BS in Chemistry or a related field preferred

- Internal Auditor Training

- Experience with ISO 9001 and CGMP

- 7+ years experience in CGMP environment in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or Specialty Chemical Manufacturing

- 3+ years of that experience in management/supervisor/lead role

- Analytical chemistry lab experience

- Experience with API's and Excipients required

- Experience in both QC and QA functions

This is a Permanent position based out of Midlothian, TX.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
