Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health status and identify relevant concerns.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, providing counseling for a diverse client base facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

• Document patient progress accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with all regulations and guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, making necessary referrals to psychiatrists or additional specialists when needed.

• Leverage strong crisis intervention skills to support clients in high-risk situations, providing immediate resources and interventions as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing mental health crises, those struggling with long-term mental health challenges, as well as families in need of counseling services. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid endorsement as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of post-graduate experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
