How You Will Make an Impact:Welcome & Guide: Serve as the friendly first point of contact, helping patients navigate intake forms and digital check-ins.Streamline Operations: Manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and conduct insurance verifications (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, Medicare).Deliver Clinical Care: Step into the back office to prep treatment rooms, take vitals, document notes in the EMR, and assist physicians during procedures.Financial Care: Securely process co-pays and payment details. What You Bring to the Team:Certification: Active Medical Assistant Certificate.Safety First: Current CPR/First Aid card and a negative TB test.Language Skills: Fluent English, plus professional fluency in either Farsi or Spanish.Experience: 1+ years of medical reception or MA experience preferred. Cómo causará un impactoDar la bienvenida y guiar: Actuar como el primer punto de contacto amable, ayudando a los pacientes con los formularios de ingreso y registros digitales.Optimizar las operaciones: Administrar líneas telefónicas múltiples, programar citas y realizar verificaciones de seguros (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, Medicare).Brindar atención clínica: Trabajar en el área clínica para preparar las salas de tratamiento, tomar signos vitales, registrar notas en el sistema EMR y asistir a los médicos durante los procedimientos.Gestión financiera: Procesar de forma segura los copagos y los detalles de pago.
