Health Compliance Generalist

Manage the intake and processing of all health compliance needs for programs in the School of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies. Manage the intake and processing of all health compliance needs for workforce development courses. Works collaboratively with the college's admissions department and streamlines processes, such as CRM when appropriate. PERC and Review Findings, make notifications of findings to the Director of Health Compliance. Processes CORI and SORI checks for students and clinical faculty renewal (Including SHPS, LAPS and Workforce). Coordinate all file storage and notification to sites of compliance. Coordinate Health Compliance Web Page/Document maintenance. Coordinate Health Compliance webpage postings (including ADA Compliance Tagging), Program Health Record Checklists posted on HWC (including ADA Compliance Tagging). Assist with Faculty onboarding to CastleBranch Compliance Tracking. Maintains and updates E-Forms for Compliance and organizes E-Form Databases for Compliance. Keeps information confidential by following confidentiality policy. Supports inter and intra departmental cooperation by contributing to effective working relationships. Answers questions for current and prospective students. Maintains files and records so they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assists with maintaining budget files. Completes weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the department as required. Assists in the delivery of care with the college's medical provider in the college's health and wellness center. Assists with the coordination and organization of health compliance events. Assists with tracking and maintaining faculty and student information using compliance platforms used by the college. Contributes to a safe and secure environment by following established procedures. Completes other responsibilities as directed by the Director of Health Compliance.

High School diploma required. College Certification of Completion (COC) required, (Associates degree preferred). Certification or Licensure in Massachusetts as a Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Minimum of one-year direct patient care experience. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Very good knowledge and experiential utilization of MS Office applications. Strong proven computer skills. Strong data entry skills. Good multi-tasking, scheduling, telephone skills, and meeting planning. Evidence of analytic and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized and self-motivated. Professional and Dependable. Prior work experience in higher education strongly preferred. Bilingual (English-Spanish) desired.
