Entry-Level Management Trainee | Sales, Customer Service & Operations

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $65,000- $70,000

We design and manufacture high-end coffee machines for businesses that care about the quality of every cup they serve. Our products are used in cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and hospitality environments around the world. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, career-minded individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee . This is an opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to break into the corporate world, gain hands-on business experience, and develop skills across sales, customer service, account management, and operations.

You don't need years of experience to get started. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Day to Day:

• Support customer relationships by assisting with inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Work alongside the sales team to support account management, customer outreach, and business development initiatives.
\n
• Assist with daily business operations, including coordinating projects, maintaining records, and supporting internal processes.
\n
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders, requests, and projects move forward smoothly.
\n
• Learn the company's products, services, and business processes to better understand how different departments work together.
\n
• Help track customer activity, maintain account information, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen customer relationships, and support overall business growth.
\n
• Take on new responsibilities while developing professional skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, and leadership.

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree required for recent graduates. Business, communications, marketing, management, or related fields are welcome.
\n
• Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or other customer-facing environments.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building professional relationships.
\n
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
\n
• A proactive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team.
\n
• Interest in developing a career in sales, account management, customer service, business operations, or management.
\n
