Position Summary: As a Packaging Associate, you'll provide technical support for packaging improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Assist in maintaining packaging specifications, communicating packaging information, and conducting testing for packaging improvement projects. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to implement new solutions. Assist in the development of packaging specifications and design concepts. Support in conducting packaging testing and validation to ensure compliance and product protection. Work collaboratively with various departments to implement packaging initiatives and improvements. Participate in the evaluation and testing of shipping supplies for enhancements. Assist in creating and communicating packaging specifications based on test results. Collaborate on evaluating promotional drops and specialized packaging as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, packaging, engineering, or related field attained or expected by December 2026. 6+ months of packaging experience in formats such as flexible, ridged, cartons, multi-wall bags, consumer products, industrial, pharmaceutical, and/or medical devices OR High School Diploma/GED 4+ years of packaging experience in formats such as flexible, ridged, cartons, multi-wall bags, consumer products, industrial, pharmaceutical, and/or medical devices. Must be able to travel 40-50% of the time*. The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
