Service Manager PositionGrowing and Award Winning Dealer Group located in the heart of the Crystal Coast is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a proven track record to join our team. The candidate must possess the ability to manage technicians and service advisors, maintain profitability, recruit and hire new staff, set clear processes, and create a culture of excellent customer satisfaction.To be successful, an individual must be able to perform essential duties with consistency, communicate appropriately with customers, solve problems, and lead their team to meet monthly objectives.Forecast goals and objectives for the departmentCommunicate with Parts Manager and Dispatcher to ensure timely turnaround of all vehiclesHold regular department meetings with technicians and service advisorsResolve customer issuesRecruit and develop employeesManage Service Advisors, Detail, Porter, Technician schedules and pay plansMaintain a relationship with the factoryOversee trainingOversee Warranty Claims and receivables processesAssist with vehicle diagnosticsMaintain a safe working environment for all employeesAt least 3 years experienceExcellent customer service skillsAbility to lead a team and motivateComputer skillsValid Driver's LicenseSix figure earning potential with bonusesComprehensive benefit package including: Health insurance, Dental and Vision coverage, 401k, paid vacationAdvanced trainingSupportive work environment…we want you to succeed!Job Type: Full-time
