This full-time role offers remote work opportunities while primarily serving an outpatient office setting. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as they arise. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools to accurately understand patients' needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on patient dynamics and preferences.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support workshops that address mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and coordinate treatment strategies for patients.

• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate support and interventions, ensuring safety and connection to further care when required.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, treatment options, and resources available in the community.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and service delivery.

• Stay informed about current research trends and best practices in the mental health field to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including various age groups and backgrounds. You will engage with individuals facing a wide array of mental health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relational problems, and substance use, tailoring your approach to meet different cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Proven ability to deliver quality individual and group therapy services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong ethical judgment, with a solid understanding of professional boundaries.

• Competency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant technologies in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Forth Troon Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
