This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver therapy services via telehealth from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and strengths, laying the groundwork for tailored treatment plans.

• Employ creative, evidence-based interventions that empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory standards.

• Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 20 client visits per week, adapting sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, healthcare personnel, and other involved parties to provide integrated, holistic care.

• Engage in professional development through participation in staff meetings, workshops, and ongoing training opportunities.
\n
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the dynamic needs of the practice.

Your expertise will directly benefit a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By utilizing a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, you will foster an environment of trust and understanding, ensuring that each client feels valued and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, working directly with a varied clientele.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• An active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective client interactions and documentation.

• A genuine willingness to serve a broad range of clients within your professional scope and training.
\n
• Comfortable with technology and adept in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems to enhance client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing therapy via telehealth is preferred, as is familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches. Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy would be a significant asset to our multidisciplinary team.
