Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate each client’s mental health needs and concerns.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring each session is supportive and insightful.

• Engage in collaborative care with fellow practitioners, ensuring that clients receive cohesive treatment plans across all aspects of their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe disorders. You will interact with a diverse demographic, enhancing your cultural competence and ability to provide trauma-informed care to those from different backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies for a variety of mental health conditions.

• Excellent therapeutic skills; ability to engage and motivate clients while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
