Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, allowing you to gather a complete understanding of patients' unique experiences and formulate effective treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the ability to apply culturally competent practices in therapy.

• A history of successful individual and group therapy delivery, utilizing inclusive and culturally responsive methods to provide excellent care.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with a capacity to handle challenging situations effectively and professionally.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and general computer applications needed for documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
