Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct remote sessions in an 8-week evidence-based program designed for behavioral health improvement, ensuring that participants receive structured interventions aimed at enhancing their mental well-being.

  Monitor and document participant progress meticulously, providing timely follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations to ensure adherence to best practices.

• \n

  Actively participate in a multidisciplinary care team, facilitating resource access for participants, obtaining necessary consent, and adhering to organizational protocols.

  Identify and manage high-risk situations by employing de-escalation strategies in alignment with company protocols, prioritizing participant safety at all times.

• \n

  Engage consistently in scheduled supervisory meetings, monthly team gatherings, and Town Halls to foster communication, coordination, and collaborative learning.

  Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring that all practices meet training and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. By employing tailored, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, you will empower participants to develop actionable skills that promote resilience and foster healthy, lifelong habits.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following qualifications:

  Hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) candidates are also welcome to apply.

  Commit to maintaining a consistent schedule for therapy sessions, prioritizing availability for patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will benefit from:
