Work Environment\n

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility that supports work-life balance. The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, although some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs effectively. As part of our outpatient team, you will engage in collaborative efforts with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, supported by advanced telehealth technologies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LLMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, combined with cultural competence.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, with the ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
