Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a strong connection to our community health services. Although you will be working from home, you will still become part of a close-knit team dedicated to mental health advocacy and client support. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM, designed to facilitate consistent client scheduling while allowing for personal time outside of these hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services to clients of diverse backgrounds, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Develop tailored, comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing measurable goals that reflect their personal aspirations and mental health needs.

• Actively advocate for clients, connecting them with vital resources such as financial assistance, housing services, or additional social services to enhance their stability and wellbeing.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, including those experiencing suicidal thoughts, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma responses.

• Engage in community education initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, thus contributing to the de-stigmatization of mental health disorders.

• Maintain meticulous case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state and federal regulations, ensuring that documentation is both thorough and timely.

• Participate in ongoing mentorship opportunities to facilitate both clinical and personal growth within a supportive environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
