Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, ensuring all information is collected to develop clear baselines for treatment.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and clients' specific needs and life goals, adjusting these plans as necessary based on progress.

• Provide evidence-based interventions through individual, family, and group therapy formats, utilizing modalities that align with clients’ cultural and personal preferences.

• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans to respond to changing client needs effectively.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support services, utilizing triage assessments to identify urgent needs and mobilizing resources as required.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA and other legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing education to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices, therapies, and research initiatives.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to further clinical skills and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
