You remain calm and easy-going, even in the face of adversity.Here's more of what you'll get to do:Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, team dynamics, required competencies, and hiring timelines.Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop compelling job postings and structured selection processes that support effective hiring decisions.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across a variety of departments and experience levels.Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant communication, offer development, reference checks, and onboarding support.Evaluate and prescreen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, cultural alignment, and overall fit for the role and organization.Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, job boards, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other recruiting channels.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.Deliver a positive applicant experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of the recruitment process.Partner with internal stakeholders and external networks, professional organizations, and industry groups to attract top talent and strengthen employer brand awareness.Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics, provide market and talent insights to leaders, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.What we require:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, professional, or exempt-level positions.Bachelor's degree.Demonstrated ability to be meticulously detailed.Strong ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels while effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to build strong relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to manage applicant pipelines and hiring activity.Strong sourcing and talent identification skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, referrals, and networking strategies.Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to influence hiring strategies and drive successful talent acquisition outcomesWhat we prefer:Bilingual in English and Spanish.What we offer:Eligible for annual bonusMedical, Dental & VisionEligible for benefits first day of the month following date of hire401K with company match3 weeks of vacation which increases to 4 weeks starting in your 5th year5 days of sick time per year (first year prorated)Tuition Reimbursement of $2,500 for qualified programsAdoption Assistance Benefit of $2,50025%-35% discount when dining as a guestReusable gift card loaded annually for your dining enjoymentThe Cheesecake Factory Bakery creates over 35,000 delicious cheesecakes per day across our two facilities in Calabasas, CA and Rocky Mount, NC plus other baked products for our restaurants, international licensees, and third-party bakery customers.The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is a subsidiary of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated.
