Calabasas, CA | $20–$23/hour DOE + Mileage Reimbursement | Full-Time Exact Staff is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish professional to join our Calabasas team. You’ll help job seekers find employment, support employees throughout the hiring process, build relationships with clients, and work alongside an experienced staffing team. What You'll Be Doing Research and identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants. Build relationships with candidates and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and employment verification. Respond to employment inquiries and incoming calls. Maintain accurate candidate and employee records. Work with recruiters, clients, and branch staff to fill positions quickly. Visit client locations when needed to check in employees and provide support. Help resolve employee questions and concerns. Support daily branch operations and administrative projects. Mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying work-related travel.
