About the Role Helen Jon is seeking a collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1–3 years of professional marketing experience to join our growing brand. As part of a small, collaborative marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will bring ideas and hands-on support across the brand’s strategy and day-to-day execution. Responsibilities will include social media, email and SMS, website updates, content development, influencer initiatives, reporting, and broader campaigns. Working in partnership with Helen Jon’s founders, this role will help translate their vision into a thoughtful, consistent brand story while bringing a fresh perspective to the team. The right candidate will enjoy contributing across multiple areas of marketing and participating in a shared creative and strategic process that supports the brand’s continued growth. Responsibilities Manage social media planning, scheduling, community engagement, and reporting across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn Maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice across social and digital channels Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling Support email and SMS planning, creation, testing, automated flows, and reporting in Klaviyo Assist with Shopify updates, including product uploads, homepage visuals, collection pages, blog content, and promotional messaging Support influencer and press initiatives, including outreach, gifting, content organization, and performance tracking Organize lifestyle, studio, product, influencer, and press assets for marketing, PR, and wholesale use Contribute ideas across loyalty, referral, SEO, paid marketing, and other brand-growth initiatives Assist with performance reporting and use insights to support future planning Edit or resize imagery for social media, web, and email as needed Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, social media, eCommerce, digital content, or a related field Experience managing or contributing to branded social media channels Strong written communication skills and an understanding of how messaging should adapt across channels Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple creative and operational priorities Proactive and comfortable taking ownership while collaborating, exchanging ideas, and responding to feedback Interest in fashion, swimwear, resort wear, lifestyle, or consumer brands Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Dropbox, Google Analytics, Canva, or Photoshop is preferred Basic understanding of social media, email, digital marketing, and eCommerce performance metrics Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
