Payroll Administrator

Please note that this job will start 100% onsite in Westminster, CO. After the initial training period, you will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

LHH Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Payroll Administrator job in Westminster, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You also preferably have experience in the construction industry and/or in a union environment.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $30.00 and $43.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

Processing full-cycle payroll for 400-600 employees in a union environment
Onboarding and offboarding employees in the HRIS
Running payroll reports
Maintaining union wage rates
Responding to payroll questions
Processing payments of union fringes, taxes, and benefits
All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
Previous experience in a union environment preferred
Previous experience with payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now, Sage HCM, Workday, etc. required
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred but not required

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $30.00 and $43.00
