Part-time Staff Accountant

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support financial accuracy, the part-time Staff Accountant will perform reconciliations, document payments, and prepare bank reconciliations while working remotely with flexible hours. Key responsibilities Perform reconciliations to ensure financial statement accuracy Receive, apply, and document payments on accounts Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with annual external audit information gathering Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills
