Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for our bi-weekly billing submissions to the State of Minnesota and private entities. You will be a member of our finance team of six people. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to learn other areas of finance to support us at month & year-end reconciliation. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Wage: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour based upon experience Responsibilities Submit bi-weekly billing submissions to the State of Minnesota Submit monthly billing to counties and private pay entities Post payments received from the government and private entities Contact and collect past due invoices from private entities Daily entry of approved service authorizations into MyEvolv Manage monthly room & board reconciliation for our residential homes Issue stipend checks as needed Participate in finance training and development to support our finance team during month & year-end reconciliation Perform additional financial accounts receivable tasks and duties as needed Qualifications High school degree or GED is required Minimum of six months to one year of accounts receivable experience Computer experience with MS Office, any financial ERP experience, any case management system, and MNITS Opportunity Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming environment for people of diverse communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Opportunity Partners, Inc.
