Now Hiring: Business Development Manager | Disaster Restoration | Massachusetts

• Are you the person every plumber, property manager, and maintenance director in Massachusetts already knows?

• If you can walk into a plumbing shop in Holliston, a 300-unit apartment complex in Westborough, and an assisted living in Wrentham and get a meeting, then we should talk.

We are a growing disaster restoration company expanding along the 495/95/Rt24 corridors south of Mass Pike, and we need a hunter who loves to open doors.

• This is NOT a desk job. This is NOT selling insurance over the phone.
• This is coffee with plumbers at 6 AM, lunch & learns with property managers, and becoming the first name they think of when a pipe bursts at 2 AM and there is an indoor pool where the living room used to be.

YOUR TERRITORY:

• Trades : Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical shops - become their Preferred Restoration Partner
• Multifamily : Management companies and large apartment / condo communities
• Senior Living : Assisted Living & Memory Care - where the highest standard of care truly matters
• Commercial : Retail & office buildings along 495/95/Rt1 corridors south of Mass Pike

YOU ARE:

• Ready to take on the role of B2B Road Warrior - outside sales, business development, or territory sales
• Ready to be connected in MA - we'll register or renew your PHCC, CAI, Mass-ALA, IFMA memberships
• Self-starter who loves the chase of a new account more than paperwork
• Based in within our sales territories in Metrowest or Southeastern Massachusetts
• Someone who knows their way around the territory and loves being in the field
• Someone who follows up (our superpower)

WE OFFER:

• Base + 4% commission (uncapped) - You build it, you benefit from it
• Additional 4% commission for on target earnings (OTE)
• A 24/7 operations team that makes you look like a hero when your partner calls

We don't need a resume that says you sold copiers once in 2019. We need someone who wants to know what a burst riser, a frozen hydronic line, and a 3-unit flood at 11 PM means for a property manager.
