What You’ll Actually Be Doing Meeting directly with clients Preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery Managing family law cases from start to finish Attending hearings and mediations Negotiating settlements Working directly with support staff Communicating regularly with clients and opposing counsel Developing real courtroom and litigation skills Who We’re Looking For Motivated Organized Confident communicating with people Comfortable handling responsibility Hungry to learn Interested in becoming a strong litigator Family law experience is helpful, but absolutely not required. A newer attorney who wants mentorship, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to grow quickly could be an excellent fit.
