This role gives you the opportunity to:Build relationships with property managers, developers, and ownership groupsNegotiate agreements that directly impact business growthRepresent WOW! at industry meetings, networking events, and community functionsPlay a key role in expanding broadband access within residential communitiesWhat You'll DoAs an MDU Account Executive, you will focus on driving new revenue and maximizing service penetration within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties and communities.Key responsibilities include:Secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements and Bulk Service Agreements with multi-family communitiesDevelop new business opportunities while renewing and growing existing MDU partnershipsProspect property owners, developers, and management groups to build strategic relationshipsGenerate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and partner relationshipsConduct presentations and business meetings with property managers and developersNegotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreementsMaintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting within Salesforce/CRM systemsRespond promptly to leads, customer inquiries, and account needsCollaborate with leadership to drive territory growth and sales performanceWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleWe're looking for someone who is:Relationship-focused and consultative in their sales approachComfortable negotiating and presenting to stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactivePassionate about creating long-term partnerships and driving business growthQualifications5+ years of sales experience, preferably in:TelecommunicationsMultifamily HousingProperty ManagementReal EstateStrong presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience building relationships with executives, property managers, and business partnersValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work occasional evenings or weekend events as neededTechnical SkillsExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Travel RequirementsApproximately 25% travel required (vehicle and occasional air travel)We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where employees can grow, contribute, and succeed.If you're ready to take ownership of your territory, build meaningful business relationships, and grow your sales career with a company that values your impact apply today!WOW! is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran
