Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-in adherence to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo regular preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and specimen preparation processes as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new staff or interns, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Uphold a sanitized and safe working environment, strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification, alongside preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
