I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years as a team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building strong relationships. Since opening my agency, I've focused on creating a collaborative environment where our team and customers can thrive. Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency, and we enjoy staying involved through local events and supporting the businesses and people we serve. As an Account Associate for Courtnie Parrish - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
