Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support community integration and participation in recreational activities
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being
• Document services and client progress accurately
• Follow individualized care plans and behavioral support plans as needed
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with clients and families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Behavioral Health Technician, or CNA preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
