Senior Program Manager

To support the Leadership Institute's mission, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage program operations, coordinate with institutional partners, and ensure effective communication while overseeing the year-long engagement process for senior higher education leaders. Key responsibilities Own the schedule and tracking systems for the Leadership Institute's cohort, including summit preparation and monthly coaching sessions Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional teams, managing onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up communications Track and report on institutional progress, identifying risks and proposing process improvements to enhance program operations Required qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in education, consulting, or nonprofit settings Experience managing complex, multi-institution portfolios and tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements independently Strong data analysis skills, capable of synthesizing information into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for diverse audiences including senior leadership
