Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support day-to-day human resources operations and deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provides support across HR systems, employee training, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Coordinate employee training assignments and maintain the company's learning platform. Provide first-level support for training platform access, user questions, and training records. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HR programs. Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment tasks. Generate HR and training reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality HR support and improve HR processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Two or more years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or employee support. Experience with HRIS and employee learning or training platforms preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
