HR Operations Specialist

Job Description As HR Operations Specialist , you are responsible for executing personnel administration, ensuring accuracy of HR data within the HR information system and providing strong customer service and support to employees and leaders at DLL. This role will report to the Team Lead, HR Operations. Day to Day Provide all employees, including managers and senior leaders, with information on salary, compensation, benefits, HR regulations and local laws Carry out personnel administration in line with established guidelines to ensure accurate and complete availability of employee information Manage HR systems and tools to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date HR management information Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation to ensure timely and correct salary payments Assist with onboarding and offboarding of DLL employees Maintain internal HR systems with recurring data audits and updates Be the first line of support to answer questions regarding policies, benefits and payroll inquiries that come in from former and current DLL employees via the HR One Call and HR Functional Mailbox Support various international HR projects Run reports for various internal teams (Finance, Compliance, etc.) Support various HR operational processes including unemployment, employment verification and exit interviews Facilitate HR system training and support Other duties as assigned and/or required Benefits Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks and fun health & vitality activities Flexible hours with possibility to work from home Career development opportunities: online learning, member development programs Essentials Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative job, preferably within HR Operations Ability to work hybrid in a DLL location for a minimum of 2 days per week Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) Relevant experience working in a complex matrixed organization High ability to plan, organise and work towards results High attention to detail High level of confidentiality is required Strong teamwork and collaboration Adaptability to change course and prioritise Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to change Able to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines Ability to be proactive and customer‑focused Work Location Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA Other Acceptable Work Locations: Des Moines, IA Pay Range $58,883.00 – $88,325.00 Equal Opportunity Employer DLL is an equal opportunity employer.
