We are hiring two experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
As a Case Manager, you will play an important role in managing our clients' cases and ensuring that every case receives the attention it deserves.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing assigned personal injury cases through resolution
- Maintaining regular and professional communication with clients
- Communicating with attorneys, insurance companies, and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate and organized case files
- Tracking deadlines, appointments, medical records, correspondence, and case activity
- Following up consistently with clients and third parties
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and case strategy
- Monitoring case progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Providing compassionate, professional, and responsive client service
- Protecting confidential and sensitive client information
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced professional who can hit the ground running .
The ideal candidate:
- Has prior personal injury case management experience in a law firm — REQUIRED
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can effectively manage a large caseload and multiple deadlines
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is proactive and knows the importance of consistent follow-up
- Is dependable, responsible, and takes ownership of their work
- Has excellent client-service skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office and Neos case management software
- Understands the pace and demands of a busy personal injury practice
