Assistant Wireless Manager - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Fonepage Communications
$25.00 - $40.00/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager. We’re searching for a candidate who can support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
Qualifications
- Retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
- Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
