Human Resources ManagerOn site at Aiken, S.CResponsibilities:Support all aspects of the recruitment process including the pre-employment and onboarding process.Enter requisitions and hire authorization forms in applicant tracking system.Update recruitment tracking.Support local candidate attraction measures such as advertisements or career fairs.Support the local interview process.Prepare salary analyses.Support the pre-employment process by following up with internal and external stakeholders and the candidates.Prepare new hire documents.Support other areas of HR as needed.Requirements:Associate degree in Business Administration or 2 years of experience in Human ResourcesGood oral, written and presentation communication skillsGood analytical ability and problem solving skills.Good ability to work independently and with little direction.Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with othersExcellent ability to handle confidential matters with discretionProficient with PC and MS Office Suite
