**About the Role:**

As a **Business Development Manager (Home Care)** with SYNERGY HomeCare of Rockville, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and establish a strong presence in the Rockville, Maryland area. With a focus on building relationships and identifying potential clients, you will work closely with our care team to provide exceptional service and support.

**Responsibilities:**

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
* Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business development strategies
* Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities, including community events and promotional materials
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans and services
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, referral sources, and healthcare providers
